The Role of Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for ensuring client service expectations are consistently met and exceeded. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on delivering an engaging client experience to achieve individual and team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
• Provide an exceptional client experience through engaging interactions.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the brand's history and heritage.
• Highlight product categories through detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
• Grow and update client information using company tools.
• Collaborate with the team on all activities contributing to store objectives.
• Participate in visual merchandising in line with Loewe’s standards.
• Maintain product presentation and organization in both front and back of house.
• Support inventory management and various back-of-house tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.
