Content Moderation Advisor

About the Role

Concentrix is seeking a Content Moderation Advisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring that online content is categorized correctly and free from illegal material, aligning with client requirements and company strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate online content in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Review reported accounts for sensitive content to ensure compliance with policies.
• Examine images, videos, accounts, and text content based on established policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, handling sensitive or explicit content daily.
• Escalate any client policy violations using internal tools as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of quality in every case handled.
• Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including productivity within the daily workflow.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Work Conditions

• This is an office-based position.
• The role operates on a shift system, which includes weekends and public holidays.
