About the Role

Dar Alamirat is seeking a Creative Content Specialist to join its Digital Marketing Department in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

Role Overview

The Creative Content Specialist will be responsible for transforming innovative ideas into impactful marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive results. This role involves developing compelling content, crafting campaign concepts, generating video ideas, and creating engaging content for influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative marketing campaign concepts, names, and messages.
• Write creative content for campaigns to support e-commerce objectives and boost sales.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and continuously propose new ideas.
• Produce creative content for advertising banners across the application, website, and social media platforms.
• Write ad copy, notifications, SMS messages, emails, and landing page content.
• Generate video ideas and write creative scripts.
• Propose ideas for offers, seasonal campaigns, and promotions to support e-commerce sales growth.
• Prepare content ideas and guidelines for influencers and content creators, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Write scripts and specific guidelines for influencers and content creators.
• Review content prior to publication to ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and photography teams to produce integrated creative campaigns.
• Monitor content and campaign performance, proposing continuous improvement ideas based on results.
• Stay updated on modern content creation trends and propose new ideas for their application.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in writing marketing and creative content across various channels (websites, applications, social media platforms).
• Ability to innovate marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Proficiency in writing video and advertisement scripts.
• Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work effectively within a team, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative content, with a proven track record of executed campaigns and content.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is preferred.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the beauty and personal care sector.
