Autobia is seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing financial procedures related to customer accounts and the operational administration of merchant loyalty programs.

Role Overview

The Customer Accounts Specialist serves as the operational link between the Customer Operations and Accounting departments. This position is critical for ensuring the accuracy of all financial actions, including payment linking, refunds, settlements, and loyalty reward disbursements. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency within customer account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve requests to link customer payments to corresponding orders, verifying amounts against order values before processing financial actions.
• Process approved financial adjustments on customer accounts, such as refunds and settlements, in compliance with internal approval policies, ensuring all actions are documented for audit purposes.
• Act as the operational liaison between the Customer Operations team and the Accounting team for all customer-related financial actions, including confirming correct reflection of loyalty reward disbursements in merchant accounts.
• Identify and flag discrepancies between recorded and actual financial amounts, coordinating with the Accounting department for resolution.
• Respond to Sales Operations inquiries regarding payment status when an order is on hold due to payment issues.
• Execute and administer loyalty program operations for eligible merchants, encompassing target setting, performance tracking, and monthly and quarterly reward calculations.
• Verify merchant eligibility and categorization for each loyalty tier, and accurately process approved loyalty rewards within specified timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial procedures and operational administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
