Role Overview

The Customer Experience Advisor will be responsible for engaging walk-in prospects at the Sahm Capital booth, introducing them to the company's investment platform, and assisting with the account opening process. The role requires a professional demeanor and a commitment to providing direct support for customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative for Sahm Capital at the mall booth, engaging professionally with walk-in prospects.
• Clearly and effectively introduce Sahm’s investment platform and services to potential clients.
• Provide assistance to customers during the registration and account opening process via the Sahm application.
• Offer immediate support for basic operational inquiries and appropriately escalate more complex issues.
• Manage, restock, and maintain the organization of booth promotional materials and displays.
• Collect and document customer feedback for sharing with the operations and marketing teams.
• Support field campaigns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Adhere to all compliance and operational procedures as outlined by Sahm’s policies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Customer Experience Advisor will operate from a field booth, interacting directly with the public. The role involves working closely with internal teams to support marketing and operational objectives.
