The Role of Customer Solutions Consultant

Unifonic is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join its Sales team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to helping customers achieve digital transformation through cloud communication. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves leading collaboration with a virtual team of sales, engineering, and support resources to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Influence long-term strategic direction for clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Drive executive-level engagement with CXOs and technology decision-makers.
• Assist customers in evaluating their cloud communication strategy.
• Recommend solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Remove deployment roadblocks and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction.

Daily Duties

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Develop working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Participate in Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, contributing to the most relevant solution design.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to help clients and internal teams use Unifonic's products effectively.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely, organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Hand off won deals to the Customer Success team with clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Engineering, as needed to close deals.
