This full-time role involves working with a company of over 400 dedicated professionals focused on delivering exceptional experiences to more than 5000 customer-centric companies. The Sales team at Unifonic operates as trusted consultants, collaborating across departments to meet customer needs.

Role Overview

As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will guide customers through digital transformation by leveraging cloud communication solutions. This position requires leading collaboration with virtual teams comprising sales, engineering, and support resources. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor, influencing long-term strategic direction and driving executive-level engagement with CXOs and technology decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Help customers evaluate their cloud communication strategy.
• Recommend solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Remove deployment roadblocks and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction.
• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and pilots to showcase Unifonic's value.
• Relay timely client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development.
• Hand off won deals to the Customer Success team with clear context on customer goals.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) to close deals.

Qualifications and Experience

• +2 years of hands-on experience in selling technology solutions, technical/solutions consulting, or customer-facing delivery in a related industry (SaaS, CPaaS, Telecommunications).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another IT-related field.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to create a positive customer experience by matching product/service offerings to needs.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot customer needs and translate them into workable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating with virtual/cross-functional teams.
• Strong writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cloud communications platforms (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Email).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Understanding of SaaS and CPaaS fundamentals.
• Experience with solution architecture and technical discovery.
• Knowledge of conversational AI and chatbot platforms.
• Proficiency in product demonstrations and proof-of-concept delivery.
• Experience with CRM and API integrations.
• Technical troubleshooting and deployment support capabilities.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and accountability.
