About Unifonic and the Customer Solutions Consultant Role

Unifonic operates in the Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) sector, providing solutions that enable businesses to transform their communication strategies. As a Customer Solutions Consultant based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, you will join a full-time team dedicated to guiding customers through their digital transformation journey using cloud communication technologies. This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Strategic Engagement

The primary objective of this role is to empower customers to achieve digital transformation through cloud communication. This involves leading collaboration with virtual teams comprising sales, engineering, and support resources. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to drive executive-level engagement with CXOs and technology decision-makers. The consultant will guide customers in evaluating their cloud communication strategy, recommend solutions aligned with their business and technical requirements, and ensure successful adoption while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Develop a working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Participate in Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, contributing to the shaping of relevant solutions.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to assist clients and internal teams in using Unifonic's products effectively.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely and organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Ensure clean handoffs of won deals to the Customer Success team, providing clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Engineering as needed to close deals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales or solutions consulting role.
• Demonstrated ability to create a positive customer experience by aligning product and service offerings with customer needs.
• Proven ability to understand and troubleshoot customer needs, translating them into workable solutions.
