Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Specialist

About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), requiring a Saudi National with a strong background in national and international cybersecurity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply practical experience with Saudi national cybersecurity frameworks and regulations.
• Utilize knowledge of international cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
• Articulate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively within multi-stakeholder environments, including SITE teams.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer engagement, and confidentiality.
• Handle sensitive situations with discretion and diplomacy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Preferred experience for L2 Consultants: 5-8 years.
• Preferred experience for L3 Consultants: 9-12 years.

Required Knowledge and Standards

• National Standards: Strong practical experience with Saudi national cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NCA ECC, CSCC, DCC, CCC, OTCC, National Cybersecurity Strategy (NCS), National Data Management Office (NDMO), and Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
• International Standards: Good working knowledge of international frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and GDPR.

Certifications

One or more relevant certifications are preferred. Candidates actively pursuing relevant certifications are also encouraged to apply.
