Demand & Supply Planning Specialist FMCG

About the Role

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages (Al Manhal), a standalone business within the Nestlé Group, is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist – Beverages to join its Al Manhal Water Factory team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring product availability across all KSA branches and warehouses, managing quantities and timing through integrated demand forecasting, production planning, material planning, and dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze regional and sales forecasts, warehouse available space, and production capacity.
• Conduct detailed forecast analysis per SKU and prepare statistical forecasts.
• Update Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) KPIs with root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify key sales trend drivers across product groups to continuously improve demand planning accuracy.
• Create production plans based on available stocks, capacity, demand, and actual sales trends.
• Manage material planning for raw and packaging materials, considering shelf life, warehouse capacity, and optimum inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to meet required production volumes.
• Develop dispatch plans to ensure stock balancing across all KSA branches and warehouses.
• Maintain committed days of supply targets daily, mitigating risks of bad goods or out-of-stocks.
• Coordinate with the logistics department regarding stock availability and movement.
• Serve as a liaison between the commercial and technical sides of the business, communicating volume commitments and translating sales forecasts into actionable production and supply plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in demand and supply planning.
• Experience with SAP APO/DSP is a meaningful technical requirement.

This role operates within Nestlé's global supply chain framework, offering exposure to both local operational depth and international planning methodologies. Al Manhal is an established bottled water brand in Saudi Arabia. The position is based in Riyadh.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 14,000 to SAR 22,000 per month.
