About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities to ensure successful delivery within established timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Role Purpose

The Deputy Project Manager facilitates team communication, monitors project progress, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is integral to achieving project objectives by providing essential support and oversight throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
Support the Project Manager in resource planning, task prioritization, and workload distribution.
Ensure all project activities comply with established requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with project teams to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records throughout all project phases.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders to ensure coordination and alignment.
Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
Participate in project evaluations and post-completion reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.
