About the Role

APCO is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the development and implementation of digital strategies across assigned client accounts. The manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, coordinate integrated digital projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital, social media, content, and creative outputs, working closely with internal specialists and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Contribute to channel plans, content frameworks, campaign approaches, and activation plans.
• Translate client requirements and briefs into actionable digital recommendations and implementation plans.
• Monitor digital performance, audience behavior, and industry trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to proposal development, strategic recommendations, and new business opportunities where required.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts and build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, status calls, presentations, planning discussions, and performance reviews.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client expectations across ongoing workstreams.
• Manage the creative development process from briefing through delivery across digital and social media projects.
• Develop clear creative briefs outlining objectives, audiences, messaging requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with creative, content, design, video, web, and production teams.
• Manage the delivery of digital projects and campaigns across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delivery challenges.
• Support budgeting, scope management, and reporting requirements for assigned accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or account management.
• Experience managing client accounts in an agency or consulting environment.
• Experience coordinating integrated digital campaigns and content initiatives.
• Experience working with creative, content, and production teams.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of digital communications, social media, and content marketing.
• Good strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage creative and content development processes.
• Excellent project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, content planning, and campaign implementation.

Language Proficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic capability is an advantage where relevant to the role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with client objectives.
