The Infrastructure and Capital Projects Team

The Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra) team at A&M specializes in improving return on investment capital and mitigating risks specific to capital projects. Built on deep industry sector expertise, the team addresses complex business problems effectively. By supporting owner, operator, and contractor clients with extensive project knowledge, the Infra team aims to reduce uncertainty associated with project development and operational costs, thereby contributing to greater shareholder value from procurement through execution and asset management.

The Opportunity

Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its operations across EMEA and is seeking to recruit a Director & Senior Director Public Sector to join the team in our Riyadh office. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project workstreams, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, as well as internal managerial and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams and clients, engaging in negotiations and fostering effective partnerships.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and contributing to their satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections and identify growth avenues.
• Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, aligned with strategic goals of the Infra team and other Business Units.
• Drive project analyses, propose actionable plans, and demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance for effective project delivery.
