About the Role

Trivers is seeking a Director of Operations to lead all aspects of BTC operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves directing lease operations, maintenance, project management, customer experience, logistics, and warehousing. The Director will ensure efficiency, productivity, profitability, and process optimization, delivering exceptional services to BTC customers while developing and implementing operational strategy and governance in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement BTC corporate strategy with an emphasis on operations and communicate company strategy to the operational team.
• Develop operational strategy and framework, including policies, procedures, processes, systems, standards, and internal controls, in collaboration with the COO.
• Direct day-to-day leased vehicle fleet operations, focusing on operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Implement lease operation strategies to maximize fleet utilization and minimize idle inventory.
• Lead preparation, negotiation, and renewal of top-tier leasing contracts.
• Direct day-to-day leased vehicle maintenance operations, prioritizing preventive maintenance, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce maintenance costs and ensure availability of necessary parts.
• Provide direction and support to lease project management teams, ensuring effective project management practices, monitoring progress, and identifying risks.
• Foster a customer-care and service mindset within operations, continuously improving customer engagement programs and experience standards.
• Direct day-to-day logistics and warehousing operations, prioritizing inventory control, space management, safety, and security.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Develop the annual operations budget with the CFO and COO, ensuring spending remains within approved budgets and focusing on cost optimization.
• Direct allocation of manpower, equipment, materials, tools, and systems with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for operational leaders to foster a performance and accountability culture.
• Prepare and submit various operational reports and analyses to the COO.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to direct all aspects of operations, including lease, maintenance, project management, customer experience, logistics, and warehousing.
• Proven track record in ensuring efficiency, productivity, profitability, and process optimization.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational strategy and governance.
