About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Director of Operations to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading and managing daily hotel operations to ensure memorable guest experiences and uphold brand standards. The Director of Operations will play a key role in shaping service excellence and driving performance within the hotel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards.
Monitor guest service trends, assess overall satisfaction, and direct strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive long-term service quality improvements.
Identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals, enabling service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics.
Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Requirements
