About the Role

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking an Electrical Mechanical Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh Province, Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems and equipment across the company's facilities. The supervisor will play a key role in upholding safety standards and project specifications throughout all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and repair technicians involved in electromechanical systems.
• Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure that it is operational and meets specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment remains in good working order.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage projects and ensure timely completion.
• Report and document maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and related technologies.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with various stakeholders.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage and supervise technical operations.
