About the Role

ترف للتطوير والاستثمار العقاري is seeking a full-time Electromechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This role is suitable for a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems, focusing on the integration of electrical and mechanical principles to develop robust solutions.

Role Purpose

The Electromechanical Engineer will be responsible for developing suitable systems for various products and processes. This position requires a commitment to adhering to established quality standards and project timelines, contributing significantly to the efficiency and reliability of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document electromechanical systems, incorporating mechanical, electrical, control, and automation components.
• Conduct acceptance and integration tests for devices and systems, meticulously documenting all results.
• Provide essential technical support throughout the development and manufacturing phases, identifying and implementing improvement procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with design, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements and project schedules.
• Manage design changes and update technical documentation in accordance with approved quality procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in the design and development of electromechanical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of control concepts, dynamics, mechanical design, sensing systems, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAE tools and performance/design analysis software, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with quality standards (*, ISO 9001) and established testing and documentation procedures.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in technical English is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mechatronics system design and embedded systems control.
• Understanding of relevant safety procedures and industrial certifications.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver innovative solutions within budget and time constraints.
