About the Role

Esnad Contracting Company is seeking Estimation Engineers to join its Head Office team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting construction and infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on government projects and tendering processes.

Available Positions

We are looking to fill several specialized estimation engineering positions:

1 Architect Estimation Engineer
1 Civil Estimation Engineer
2 Mechanical Estimation Engineers
1 Electrical Estimation Engineer
1 Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for these roles include:

Preparing and reviewing project cost estimates and tender documents.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and scopes of work.
Preparing quantity take-offs and pricing for tenders.
Coordinating with technical, procurement, and project teams to gather necessary information and quotations.
Assisting in the preparation of accurate tender submissions.
Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects. A strong understanding of government projects and tendering processes is required.

Experience: 5-10 years in a related field.
Familiarity with government project procedures and tendering is essential.
