About the F&B Service Expert Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional and memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service. The F&B Service Expert is expected to be proactive in providing a comprehensive range of services to ensure guest satisfaction, integrating all interactions as part of the overall experience.

Core Duties and Guest Service

• Set and prepare tables for dining service.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact directly with guests, providing attentive and personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.
• Perform additional reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

• Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure workplace environment.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and established procedures.
• Uphold the highest quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Physical Demands of the Role

Candidates for this position should be capable of performing the following physical tasks:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over various surfaces including sloping, uneven, or slippery areas.
• Reading and visually verifying menu information and other details.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None specified.
