The Role: Fashion Consultant, Maxmara

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Maxmara in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in luxury fashion. The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting in-store customer and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
• Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct click and collect services within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in adherence to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay informed about its offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on store performance, identifying areas of success and improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience within luxury fashion.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
