Finance Manager

About the Role

Vitateck Group® is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to financial analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with financial insight to support the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Supervise and guide accounting team members.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive accounting operations.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
