GenAI Architect (PreSales) Arabic Speaking

Overview of the Role

NorthBay Solutions, a global Amazon Consulting Partner, is seeking an experienced GenAI Architect (PreSales) who is fluent in Arabic. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the design and delivery of next-generation Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The position requires over 10 years of experience and offers competitive compensation based on experience and the scope of the role.

Role Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture for enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
• Connect AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, internal tools, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Establish reusable AI components, pipelines, and frameworks to support multiple enterprise use cases.
• Drive improvements in model performance, context management, tool selection, latency, and operating costs.
• Establish appropriate security, privacy, governance, and compliance practices for AI deployments.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, architects, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and architectural best practices.

Required Technical Expertise

Candidates should be proficient in a modern AI and cloud technology stack, including:

• Agentic AI & LLM Frameworks: LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, ReAct, and comparable agent frameworks.
• Models & AI Platforms: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama 2, and related open-source models.
• AI Engineering: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, memory and context management, vector databases (*, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), tool calling, API integrations, and multi-agent architectures.
• Cloud & Application Development: Python, ****, serverless architectures, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Candidate Profile

This position is for a highly experienced architect who can combine strategic architecture with practical implementation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the architecture and technical direction of complex Agentic AI platforms, moving beyond conventional chatbot implementations to design AI systems capable of reasoning, using tools, interacting with enterprise systems, and coordinating multiple agents to accomplish business objectives.

Work Environment and Location

This is a remote work arrangement, requiring occasional travel across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia. NorthBay Solutions operates across the US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and Pakistan, providing opportunities to collaborate with distributed technical and consulting teams.
