About the Role

Hilton is seeking a General Accounting professional to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the hotel's financial operations by managing various accounting functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and facilitating timely payments. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The General Accounting professional will be responsible for auditing, processing, and ensuring the timely payment of all hotel expenses. Additionally, the role includes maintaining proper records of all amounts due to the hotel from various sources, including guests, concessionaires, tenants, credit card companies, and employees. This position is central to supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Perform essential accounting functions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support financial operations.
Research and respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve financial disputes promptly.
Assist with the production of monthly accounts, manage month-end responsibilities, and maintain internal controls over financial data.
Report financial results and aid in understanding financial matters for both internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments to ensure collaborative success.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
