Program Focus and Key Responsibilities

The program provides hands-on exposure across key functions, including Project Management, project delivery, and Asset Lifecycle Management. Trainees will engage in structured rotations, gaining practical experience and developing a strong foundation in project and asset management within a dynamic energy environment. Responsibilities include:

• Learning and understanding various types of contracts and shareholder structures.
• Assisting with engineering methodology, process flow of documentation, and project deliverables.
• Gaining exposure to and assisting with project planning and scheduling concepts.
• Participating in project management activities and learning core principles.
• Learning about and contributing to the company’s HSE commitments.
• Participating in various stages of project execution.
• Learning about plant performance management strategies.
• Supporting the monitoring and optimization of operational asset performance.
• Developing an understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning activities.
• Maintaining asset records, maintenance data, and technical documentation.
• Supporting the implementation of asset integrity and reliability programs.
• Learning about and contributing to risk management processes.
