Role Summary

Globe Alliance Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the company’s human resources function. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will support GAC's growing workforce across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and HR operations.
• Implement and manage performance management systems.
• Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support GAC’s business and operational growth through strategic HR functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR functions in a growing organization.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
