About the Role

The اللجنة الوطنية لرعاية السجناء والمفرج عنهم وأسرهم is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves managing technology resources and systems to support business objectives, leading the IT team, and ensuring the security and efficiency of information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for IT staff.
• Oversee the organization’s network, servers, and systems for optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, including hardware and software installations.
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations concerning data security and privacy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies and procedures to protect company information.
• Oversee the provision of technical support and training for staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance metrics, project status, and budget reviews to senior management.
• Analyze IT trends and new technologies, making recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead an IT team and manage complex IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network, server management, and security protocols.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within an organization focused on supporting prisoners, ex-offenders, and their families.
