The Role of Last Mile Supervisor

BFL Group is seeking a Last Mile Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing the entire last-mile delivery process, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The supervisor will lead a team of delivery personnel and manage logistics to meet delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of last-mile delivery personnel.
Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance standards within the delivery team.
Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and resource utilization.
Monitor and adjust delivery routes as necessary to accommodate changes or address operational challenges.
Oversee the last-mile delivery process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays promptly.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the delivery process.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to last-mile delivery operations.
Implement strategies aimed at improving delivery efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure delivery vehicles are maintained in optimal condition.
Schedule routine maintenance and inspections for the delivery fleet.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage teams and optimize delivery processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active involvement in managing daily delivery operations and working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
