Talent Higher is recruiting for a Leasing Manager Business Center to join a well-established business center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving occupancy across a diverse portfolio of private offices, co-working spaces, and virtual office solutions. The role requires a commercially minded professional with a proven track record in business center or serviced office leasing.

Core Responsibilities

• Lease private offices, co-working desks, and virtual office solutions to prospective clients.
• Respond to and qualify all incoming leads within the same business day.
• Conduct client tours and present suitable office options tailored to specific business needs.
• Prepare detailed proposals, follow up with prospects diligently, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements with both direct clients and external agents.
• Coordinate the preparation of contracts, manage invoicing, follow up on payments, and handle all move-in documentation.
• Generate new tenant leads through proactive networking, leveraging existing client relationships, and conducting market outreach initiatives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with company formation providers, business councils, banks, and other key referral partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to inform and support the overall leasing strategy.
• Maintain robust professional relationships with current tenants and business partners.
• Provide assistance to the Head of Sales with contract management and office tours as required.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports to management.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute leasing professional with a strong understanding of the business center and serviced office sector. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating the ability to manage the full leasing cycle and contribute to occupancy growth.
