About Al-Dawaa Pharmacies and the Role

Role Purpose

The Line Manager Imaging will be responsible for driving the overall performance and strategic direction of the imaging unit's sales and service teams. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively analyze market trends, develop robust sales strategies, and consistently ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales and service teams to consistently achieve their established targets and operational goals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies specifically tailored for the imaging unit to maximize market penetration and revenue.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, proactive engagement, and prompt resolution of inquiries.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a strong background in sales or service operations.
