About the Role

MEMF Power Transformer is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production machinery and factory equipment within a specialized manufacturing environment. The role focuses on both preventive and corrective maintenance to support continuous production operations.

The company specializes in manufacturing a wide range of power, distribution, and special transformers, having installed over 25,000 units for various applications. Since 1999, MEMF Power Transformer has also been a leading supplier of KWH meters and precision measuring and protection devices. The company focuses on advanced manufacturing for high-quality utility products and is an approved supplier for Saudi Electricity Company and other major ministries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery and factory equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures before they impact production.
• Support maintenance activities for transformer manufacturing and testing equipment.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Manage maintenance spare parts and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Maintenance Engineer position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering. This experience should ideally be gained within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with practical involvement in maintaining production machinery, electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based at the MEMF Power Transformer facility in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage and execute maintenance operations effectively.
