Carrefour Saudi Arabia (Majid Al Futtaim) is seeking a Manager - Commercial for the HHH (Home Care, Household, and Hardware) category. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on leading the commercial strategy for the HHH category to drive sales growth and profitability.

Role Overview

The Commercial Manager for the HHH category is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy. This includes managing category development, sourcing, supplier partnerships, pricing strategies, and assortment optimization. The objective is to ensure product availability, customer value, and an efficient shopping experience across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HHH category to achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Manage category assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonal plans to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to secure product ranges and competitive commercial terms.
• Lead supplier negotiations, annual trading agreements, joint business plans, and promotional funding initiatives.
• Monitor category performance, including sales, gross margin, market share, stock availability, inventory turnover, and profitability.
• Drive assortment reviews and category optimization initiatives based on customer insights, market trends, and business needs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Replenishment, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of category plans.
• Analyze competitor activities, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Introduce new products, develop category solutions, and strengthen the overall customer value proposition.
• Ensure category plans align with business objectives, customer expectations, and market opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
