About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager Finance Ramp up (CORS) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to establishing and managing the finance operations for assigned assets, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-opening to operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the finance ramp-up for assigned assets, from initial kick-off with the pre-opening team through to final handover.
Execute the ramp-up plan through detailed planning and build phases, ensuring alignment with the go-live date.
Develop and maintain the ramp-up project charter, encompassing scope, timeline, resourcing, budget, risks, and dependencies.

Function and Team Development

Define the asset Finance target operating model and workforce plan in collaboration with asset leadership.
Act as the hiring manager during recruitment, followed by onboarding and coaching the asset Finance team as it is established.

Compliance and System Integration

Guide the asset in adopting Qiddiya Finance policies, procedures, and interfaces, and validate any deviations from standard practices.
Confirm the data structures and system interfaces with QIC Finance.

Launch, Handover, and Reporting

Provide launch and stabilization support at the go-live stage, then formally close the project with a comprehensive handover and documented learnings.
Report progress and challenges to the Senior Ramp-up Manager and relevant asset stakeholders, and support Steering Committee sign-off processes.
