Astek is seeking a Marketing Activation Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position designed for an individual with 0-1 years of experience who can serve as a key coordinator for our marketing initiatives. The role involves managing the practical execution of marketing activations across various locations while providing essential support from the office.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Activation Coordinator acts as the central point of coordination for the Marketing team, bridging field operations with office-based planning and reporting. This position is critical for ensuring that all marketing activations are executed effectively on the ground, while also contributing to the strategic planning, logistical coordination, and comprehensive reporting of these activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for managing information booths and related activities, including supporting user navigation on mobile applications and ensuring accurate registration.
• Attend and oversee marketing activations on-site in Riyadh and other regions, ensuring each event adheres to planned objectives and brand standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real time, make informed decisions under pressure, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Register chronic cases on-site, ensure proper documentation is completed, and clearly explain health services to attendees.
• Support pre-activation planning, timeline management, logistics, and material readiness from the office.
• Assist the broader marketing team with day-to-day coordination and deliverables between events.
• Compile comprehensive post-activation reports covering execution details, outcomes, budgets, identified issues, and recommendations for future improvements; maintain organized records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines for all marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness to travel across various regions and work flexible hours, particularly during activation periods.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to be present on-site as required.
• Physical capability to be present during event setup and installation for extended periods.
• Ability to effectively balance desk-based administrative tasks with frequent fieldwork.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player while also performing independently on-site.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role operates in a dynamic environment that requires a balance between office-based coordination and active on-site presence during marketing activations. The coordinator will be expected to travel to various regions and adapt to flexible working hours, especially during event periods. Success in this position relies on both independent initiative in the field and effective collaboration with the wider marketing team and external partners.
