Key Responsibilities

• Drive the alignment of employees with new salary scales and job titles.
• Oversee operational reward activities, ensuring consistency with established frameworks.
• Contribute to the design of recognition programs and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Lead the rollout and ongoing refinement of the recently completed organizational design.
• Align roles, structures, and reporting lines with the updated organizational framework.
• Support leadership in embedding OD best practices across the business.
