The Role of Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator manages the daily operational activities at Dfolt in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves client onboarding, facilitating bank connections, tracking payments, and addressing client inquiries. The coordinator will serve as a key link between clients, banks, and the technical team, working closely with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Collect necessary client documents, including CR, national address, IDs, and VAT information. Coordinate bank connections and monitor the verification process through to client activation.
• Payment Operations: Oversee various payment types such as transfers, payroll, and SADAD. Take action on pending or failed transactions to ensure smooth processing.
• Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries, manage support tickets, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Administration and Coordination: Maintain organized and confidential client documents. Coordinate effectively with banks and prepare simple status reports as required.
