Operations Manager at Lunia Fashion

Lunia Fashion is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior managerial role focused on overseeing and strengthening the daily operations of our luxury retail businesses across multiple brands and locations.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The Operations Manager will lead teams, establish operational structure, and drive performance improvements. The primary objective is to ensure that every operational detail consistently reflects the high standards expected of a luxury brand. The ideal candidate will be structured, responsible, and proactive, comfortable taking full ownership of operations while maintaining quality, precision, and service excellence within the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise retail, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and operational teams.
• Define responsibilities, set priorities, delegate tasks, and monitor execution.
• Establish clear operational procedures, reporting systems, and performance standards.
• Monitor team productivity and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Recruit, train, guide, and develop team members.
• Manage daily operations across multiple brands, locations, or departments.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand presentation.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, replenishment, transfers, returns, and stock counts.
• Coordinate purchasing, suppliers, imports, deliveries, installations, and warehouse activities.
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, operating expenses, and operational targets.
• Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical solutions.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal collections, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior management, finance, sales, marketing, and creative teams.
• Prepare regular management reports covering sales, stock, costs, logistics, team performance, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven management experience in luxury retail, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple priorities.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of luxury client expectations.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and reporting skills.
