About Clean Life and the Role

Clean Life is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage daily field operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading operational teams and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services in alignment with company standards.

Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, focusing on efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and practical experience in managing field teams within a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily field operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Team Leaders and field staff to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure efficient workforce allocation, attendance, and scheduling based on business needs.
• Monitor service quality and compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Resolve operational challenges and customer escalations promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and team performance, and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Customer Service, Sales, HR, and other departments for seamless operational execution.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of field teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience of 3-5 years leading field teams and supervising daily operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and operations management systems.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
