Operations Support Internship - Tamheer

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is offering an internship opportunity for an Operations Support Team Member in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals seeking practical exposure through the Tamheer program, focusing on operational support within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Tamheer Operations Trainee will provide essential support to the Operations team, engaging in daily business activities while developing professional skills in operations and logistics. This position involves assisting with operational coordination, reporting, documentation, and communication with internal departments to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor store and warehouse operations and report any issues to the Operations team.
• Assist in coordinating with Quality Control, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments to support daily operations.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and KPI tracking.
• Follow up on pending operational tasks and support issue escalation when required.
• Assist in facilitating communication between field teams and management.
• Support the implementation of operational procedures and process improvements.
• Help maintain operational documentation and filing systems.
• Assist with scheduling, manpower coordination, and other administrative tasks.
• Participate in operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program through the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Eagerness to learn and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Experience Level
