The Oracle PRM Role

This full-time position is for an Oracle PRM specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and management of Oracle Partner Relationship Management solutions. The role involves working with various business units to translate requirements into effective system configurations and integrations, ensuring optimal partner engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle PRM solutions based on defined business requirements.
• Configure partner portals, deal registration workflows, and lead management processes within the Oracle PRM system.
• Customize partner lifecycle processes, including onboarding, segmentation, and enablement strategies.
• Define and manage partner hierarchies, roles, and access controls to ensure proper system governance.
• Integrate Oracle PRM with upstream and downstream systems such as Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), Oracle CPQ, ERP platforms (EBS/Oracle Fusion), and Marketing Automation systems.
• Ensure seamless partner data synchronization and maintain master data management standards.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports for monitoring partner performance KPIs, sales pipeline status, and program effectiveness.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role must possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience specifically in the implementation, configuration, and management of Oracle PRM solutions. A proven track record of successfully integrating Oracle PRM with other enterprise systems is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a professional environment, contributing to key projects that drive business value.
