About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Full-time Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Registrar to join their medical team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This position is central to patient care, involving comprehensive assessment, the development and execution of tailored care plans, and providing essential education to patients regarding their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and medication usage. The Registrar also plays a vital role in promoting overall health and preventing disease within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients thoroughly and document all clinical findings accurately.
• Design and execute individualized patient care plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients comprehensively on their health conditions, necessary investigations, available treatment options, and proper medication use.
• Provide patient education focused on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
• Order appropriate patient investigations and meticulously review their results to inform care decisions.
• Prescribe suitable medications for patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Fulfill all obligations related to maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Clinical Practice and Compliance

• Adhere strictly to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws, Strategic Plan, and Rules & Regulations.
• Comply with the mission, vision, goals, and practice guidelines established by NCC.
• Actively participate in all assigned NCC Committees and Task Forces.
• Ensure adherence to CBAHI standards of care in all clinical activities.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other NCC departments, local agencies, vendors, patients, and their families.
• Complete all mandatory fire safety requirements as per institutional policy.
• Comply with clinical and departmental structure standards, including attendance policies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and program evaluation activities, ensuring compliance with Clinical, MOH, and CBAHI quality standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous professional development of junior staff members.
• Maintain an evidence-based approach in all clinical practices and decision-making.
• Integrate population factors such as heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into patient care plans.
• Develop, participate in, and support active Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for the Section, Department, or Clinic as assigned by the chairman, including rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs.

Specialty-Specific Duties

• Perform specific clinical privileges based on individual training, experience, skills, and in accordance with the guidelines of the Saudi Health Council.
• Undertake additional tasks as determined by specialty requirements and clinical privileges.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT).
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency and adherence to medical best practices.

Work Environment

This role is based entirely indoors within a clinical setting, comprising 100% of work activities.
