About the Role: Partnerships Manager

Tumodo is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and expand its partner ecosystem in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focuses on driving revenue through strategic partnerships rather than solely brand awareness. The successful candidate will identify, onboard, and activate partners across various platforms, including HR/HCM, ERP systems, fintech providers, payroll solutions, procurement platforms, and system integrators. The primary objective is to establish partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue as a key growth channel for Tumodo in the region. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves working towards clear commercial goals with a focus on pipeline generation and measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design tiered partner programs, including benefits, marketing development funds (MDF), service level agreements, and commercial terms.
• Identify, vet, and negotiate partnerships with ISVs, VARs, system integrators, and marketplace platforms.
• Create co-sell frameworks for partner sales teams, including deal kits, battlecards, ROI calculators, and sales enablement materials.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies and value propositions tailored for KSA buyers (HR Directors, CFOs, Procurement, Travel Managers).
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns such as webinars, events, PR initiatives, and content syndication with measurable pipeline targets.
• Run account-based and geo-targeted partner campaigns with localized landing pages and lead capture mechanisms.
• Organize field events (roadshows, trade fairs in Riyadh/Jeddah) with partners, managing messaging, collateral, and post-event pipeline follow-up.
• Prioritize product integrations that accelerate customer adoption with key platforms (*, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Odoo, Zoho, Jisr, Qoyod, payment wallets).
• Coordinate beta testing cohorts, create launch messaging, and manage in-product placement strategies.
• Produce bilingual release notes, one-pagers, and customer success stories in Arabic and English.
• Manage MDF/OPA budgets and partner revenue forecasts.
• Report weekly on partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback, and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Ensure accurate marketing attribution in HubSpot/GA4 and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with PDPL (KSA Personal Data Protection Law) and local marketing regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical capabilities in partnerships.
• Ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems.
