The Role of Performance Management Specialist

Reef Group is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to support the implementation of the company's performance management cycle. This role involves developing and reviewing performance indicators, analyzing evaluation results, and overseeing performance improvement plans. The specialist will play a key part in enhancing overall employee effectiveness and aligning individual performance with departmental and company-wide objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the performance management cycle according to approved timelines.
• Coordinate with various departments to develop and update employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Review performance indicators to ensure clarity, measurability, and alignment with job responsibilities.
• Monitor the entry and approval of employee objectives and KPIs within approved systems.
• Follow up on periodic and annual performance evaluations.
• Analyze performance results to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance results, completion rates, challenges, and observations.
• Follow up on employee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in coordination with managers.
• Maintain accurate performance records, evaluation results, and related reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in performance management or a related human resources field. A detail-oriented approach and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
