About Lendo and the Performance Marketing Specialist Role

Lendo is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field. The specialist will play a key role in scaling digital acquisition efforts and enhancing conversion strategies.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The primary objective of this role is to improve the top of Lendo's commercial funnel by integrating performance marketing, artificial intelligence, and automation. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns, developing AI-powered sales agents, creating qualification journeys, and building lead scoring models. A core focus will be on ensuring high-quality leads are efficiently routed to Relationship Managers.

Digital Acquisition and Campaign Management

Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
Target Saudi SME decision-makers with precision.
Manage budget pacing, conduct creative testing, and optimize Arabic/English landing page conversion rates.

AI, Automation, and Lead Qualification

Design, build, and operate conversational AI agents (voice and chat, in Arabic and English) to engage inbound SME inquiries.
Capture qualification data and ensure seamless handoffs to relationship managers.
Own the voice stack and orchestration layer, including webhooks, API integrations, retries, error handling, and logging to prevent lead loss.
Write, version, and evaluate agent prompts and guardrails.
Build and iterate the CRM lead scoring model using firmographic, behavioral, and source signals.
Define lifecycle stages and qualification criteria in collaboration with Sales Operations.
Automate pre-qualification checks with the Credit department and manage lead routing and Service Level Agreement (SLA) enforcement.
Reconcile Relationship Manager dispositions and funded outcomes back into the scoring model, performing quarterly retuning.

Tracking, Reporting, and Compliance

Manage UTM governance, GA4/GTM tracking, offline conversion feedback, and attribution.
Maintain the integrity of lead source and campaign data.
Provide weekly reports on conversion and sourced pipeline.
Ensure all data capture and automated outreach adheres to SAMA marketing conduct requirements, the Saudi PDPL, and Lendo's internal consent standards.
Escalate any ambiguities to the Compliance department before launching new initiatives.
