Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personal training sessions to help members achieve their fitness goals.

·        

Design personalized training programs based on each member’s needs, goals, and fitness level.

·        

Motivate members and support their progress to encourage continued engagement.

·        

Conduct induction sessions for new members and introduce them to Personal Training services.

·        

Maintain up-to-date fitness knowledge and skills to provide effective, high-quality training.

·        

Work collaboratively with the team and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        

Degree in Physical Education or related course or Approved by the MOS/LDI Personal Training Certification.

·        

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the same capacity.

·        

Various Fitness Certifications (*, Functional exercise training).
