Pitch & Landscape Manager

About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Pitch & Landscape Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing all aspects of landscape management, from daily operations to strategic planning and team leadership, ensuring high standards of grounds maintenance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including planting, irrigation, pest control, and general grounds maintenance.
• Develop and implement landscaping plans that align with facility requirements, sustainability goals, and client expectations.
• Monitor the condition of plants, soil, and irrigation systems, ensuring timely maintenance and corrective actions.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage landscaping budgets, resources, and the procurement of equipment, materials, and plants.
• Train, guide, and evaluate landscaping staff, fostering skill development and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility managers to integrate landscaping with broader facility management objectives.
• Conduct regular site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports on landscaping operations, resource usage, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and timely project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in landscape management and a proven ability to lead teams and projects effectively.

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in pitch and landscape management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing landscaping plans.
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems, plant health, and pest control.
• Experience in budget management and procurement related to landscaping.
