Role Overview

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Director of Product Management - FSI for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves building and overseeing digital product delivery for various clients. The Director will collaborate closely with digital product leadership to understand, communicate, and implement user-centric experiences. This will be done in partnership with various disciplines, including experience design, data and analytics, marketing, and technology, to achieve product and business goals. The role also includes managing a team to ensure that product roadmaps are developed and delivered effectively for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for digital products and communicate this strategy to teams and other partners.
• Align product strategy with broader organizational goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable product roadmaps.
• Develop an understanding of a digital product's value to its core users.
• Identify core user journeys associated with the product.
• Integrate domain-specific roadmaps, such as Experience and Analytics, into the overall product roadmap.
• Gather and build insights from various inputs, including quantitative data, qualitative data, user testing programs, and market research, to ensure the product roadmap is data-driven.
• Utilize data to develop hypotheses and business cases.
• Be accountable for the performance of digital products against established goals and KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder intake request expectations and guide partners through the intake process.
• Lead decisions concerning product team ownership, structure, and cost.
• Manage a team of Digital Product Managers.
• Lead individual Product Teams to communicate the overall vision, digital product roadmap, and goals.
• Collaborate with product owners to incorporate knowledge and data into the feedback loop, allowing for influence on the roadmap.
• Work with portfolio and technology teams to ensure roadmaps are prioritized and delivered according to plan.
• Escalate roadmap impacts and issues to leadership and present solutions.
