Product Manager Platform

About the Role

SiFi is seeking a Product Manager Platform to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing the core platform for business wallets, enabling companies to manage spend, capture receipts, enforce policies, and track financial flows. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves transforming complex financial processes into simple, user-friendly product solutions.

Role Context and Focus

This role is part of a product team focused on problem-solving and achieving outcomes, rather than executing a predefined roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the underlying challenges faced by finance leaders and translating these into effective product decisions. The emphasis is on an instinct for identifying core pain points and developing practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with finance leaders and business owners to identify and address issues such as lengthy expense processes, policy enforcement difficulties, missing receipts, and reconciliation challenges.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept validation with users to shipping functional solutions.
• Enhance existing live features by reducing friction, improving reliability, and driving customer adoption.
• Work with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies to ensure new features are successfully launched, utilized, and retained by users.
• Analyze usage data, drop-off points, and adoption curves, testing hypotheses based on data-driven insights.
• Translate user pain points into product decisions that significantly simplify the platform's usability.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex user problems, transforming them into clear product solutions.
