Product Manager

Overview of the Product Manager Role

Imploy is seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap development. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on developing AI-powered digital learning experiences. The role involves translating learner needs and business requirements into innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase product roadmap.
• Oversee the development of AI-powered learning experiences, including adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized learning paths, content and assessment generation, and automated grading.
• Develop learner models, recommendation systems, knowledge-tracking capabilities, and mastery estimation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Manage product requirements, technical specifications, AI solution evaluations, product experiments, and product analytics.
• Ensure responsible AI, data protection, security, and compliance principles are integrated into the platform.
• Develop and mentor Product Managers and serve as a product leadership reference for AI and learning across the organization.

Role Context and Focus

This position offers the opportunity to lead the development of digital products at the intersection of Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, and digital learning. The Product Manager will work with multidisciplinary technology, data, and learning teams to achieve product goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Background in developing AI-powered solutions, particularly within learning or educational technology.
