About the Role

NeoStats is seeking a Product Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and launch of new products, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives within the Consumer Banking portfolio. This contract role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The manager will ensure seamless coordination across various internal and external stakeholders to bring products to market efficiently and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, portfolio enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch roadmaps, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate launch activities across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing teams.
• Drive project execution to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and business objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate all launch readiness activities, ensuring products are operationally, commercially, and technically prepared.
• Support go-to-market strategies, customer propositions, and launch campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
• Develop launch checklists, readiness assessments, and post-launch monitoring frameworks.
• Support the development of business cases, financial models, and investment proposals for new products.
• Track business case assumptions, launch costs, and expected business benefits.
• Act as the central point of coordination between various functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Digital, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
• Drive alignment on project priorities, deliverables, resource requirements, and launch timelines.
• Coordinate approvals across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
• Monitor project progress, launch readiness status, and key delivery milestones.
• Prepare executive updates, steering committee materials, and leadership presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in product launch and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery of new products and strategic initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across diverse business, technology, and operational teams.
• Understanding of regulatory, risk, and operational readiness requirements for product launches.

Location and Work Type

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is offered on a contract basis.
