Osooltree Real Estate Company is actively seeking a dedicated Project Site Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on developing residential projects, and this role is central to ensuring the quality and progress of its construction endeavors.

The Opportunity: Project Site Supervisor

This full-time position requires a strong on-site presence to oversee all structural and finishing works across Osooltree's residential developments. The Project Site Supervisor will play a critical role in supervising contractors, monitoring construction quality, tracking project progress, and ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections throughout the structural and finishing stages of construction.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activities to ensure efficient and compliant work execution.
Ensure that all work is executed strictly according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction quality continuously and report any deviations or non-compliance immediately.
Track actual project progress against the established timeline and schedule.
Prepare comprehensive weekly reports, including progress percentages, identified delays, potential risks, and supporting photo documentation.
Follow up on all site observations and issues until their complete resolution and closure.
Verify completed work stages before approving contractor payments.
Ensure that all safety standards and site discipline protocols are consistently maintained.
Attend coordination meetings and provide clear, concise updates to management regarding project status.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project site supervision, with a focus on structural and finishing works within residential developments.
